How it works
Binder jetting is a sophisticated 3D printing process that starts with a layer of powder spread on the build box, and a liquid binder is jetted onto the powder layer, then partially dried with an electrical heater.
After deposition and drying, a piston lowers the build for the next layer, and post-processing techniques like bead blasting or tumble polishing improve surface roughness, with an option for a highly polished mirror finish.
